Learning & Development/HR Specialist

What you will do:

assist the Learning & Development Manager in the creation and execution of efficient learning strategies and other employee engagement initiatives;

perform training needs analysis on an ongoing basis to keep an eye on the development needs;

research and adopt different training techniques;

drive learning offerings in our learning management system, organise and facilitate workshops, incorporate coaching and job-shadowing into informal learning activities;

run an effective measurement system for training quality, monitor training progress and results;

plan and organise employee engagement events;

develop and maintain close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;

assist the HR team with other project support as required.

What we expect:

experience in training, workshop facilitation, people development, or other human resources functions;

strong interpersonal skills, open-minded, eager to learn, and a great team player;

strong organisational and time-management skills;

strong communication skills, including presenting and public speaking;

strong critical and creative thinking;

fluency in English, both verbal and written.
