Head of Legal Unit

Develop and lead a legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters;

Oversee a delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish company goals, strategies and priorities;

Maintain a strong level of cooperation with authorities and regulatory bodies;

Active collaboration with Paysera network representatives abroad;

Advise the CEO and department managers on a variety of legal issues;

Lead and develop a team of in-house lawyers in a legal department.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Hands on experience in-house or in a law firm, preferably in a leadership position;

Previous experience in a Fintech sector and/or as compliance officer would be considered an advantage;

Demonstrable knowledge in Financial regulations;

The skills, willingness, and initiative to own legal issues across different jurisdictions, drive projects and collaborate with different stakeholders across the company;

Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English;

Readiness to commit and take accountability.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
