Sales manager (representative) (B2B), Vilnius or Kaunas
We are an enthusiastic and cooperative active sales team in Paysera. At the moment we are looking for a new colleague - Sales manager for B2B in Vilnius or Kaunas.
If you feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, like to communicate with a lot of different people and clients, and you are a creative closer who thrives in a deadline-driven sales environment, this position is for you. And, by the way, YOU MUST LOVE SALES!
What you will do:
keep in touch with potential customers;
make active Paysera product sales;
work with the team to find new ways of reaching new customers;
identify customer needs and recommend product solutions;
negotiate with clients, sign contracts;
reach sales goals.

an honest approach towards colleagues and clients;
proven ability to close sales;
quick learning and decision-making abilities;
fluency in English and Lithuanian;
experience working in the fintech sector would be an advantage;
