Opening a Paysera Business Account

STEP 1

  1. Download the Paysera app from Google Play or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and choose your language.
  3. Tap Create Account.
  4. Enter your phone number and create a secure password. Check that you agree to the terms and conditions, and continue.
  5. You will receive a verification code via SMS – enter it in the app.
  6. Set a five-digit PIN code, which will be used each time you log in to your account.

STEP 2

  1. On the main screen tap on Identity verification.
  2. First, enter your email address and tap Continue.
  3. You will receive a confirmation code by email – enter it in the app.
  4. Once your email is verified, Confirmed will appear next to Email confirmation. Tap Continue to start the identity verification process.
  5. Select your country and document type. Compare your document with the example provided, ensure it is valid, and proceed.
  6. Take a clear photo of your document. If it’s an ID card, capture both sides. Make sure the document is fully visible within the white frame and that all text is legible.
  7. Follow the in-app instructions to complete facial recognition and finalise the identity verification process.
  8. Once your identity is successfully verified, you’ll be able to proceed with opening your account.

STEP 3

A business account can be opened by the head of the company or an authorised person holding a power of attorney signed by the head with an electronic signature, or certified by a notary. One of the required documents is the list of shareholders. Information about the ultimate beneficial owners of a legal entity is provided through the JANGIS system.

  1. In the Paysera Super App, select Settings > Business accounts and tap New Business Account.
  2. Choose your company’s country of registration.
  3. If your company is registered in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, or Romania, follow the instructions given in the Paysera Super App. Complete the KYC questionnaire and make sure all the information provided is correct.
  4. If your company is registered in another country, continue the account opening process using a web browser.
  5. Log in to bank.paysera.com using the password you created.
  6. In the top-right corner, tap your name.
  7. Select New Business Account.
  8. Choose your company’s country of registration again.
  9. Enter the company code, complete the questionnaire, and upload all the required documents.
  10. You must provide: the company registration document, the document confirming the appointment of the head of the company, and the list of shareholders.
  11. Tick the box to confirm that you agree to any applicable fees and that you have read the General Payment Services Agreement. Tap Submit.
  12. Your business account will be opened once the documents are approved.
